Best Chain Coffee Debate

At the beginning of this blog, I passed out my list of all the local coffee shops in Rochester to my friends and I asked them where they have been to (just out of curiosity). At the bottom of the list, I asked the question:
Best Chain Debate:
Dunkin' Donuts
Tim Hortons
Starbucks
I thought this would actually be a debate. I remember coming to college and fighting with my friends who are east of Rochester and are obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. Me being from Buffalo (so basically Canada) I was obsessed with Tim Hortons. There are barley any Starbucks, so when we went it was a "speciality." I refused Dunkin' and would fight away who enjoys it. Now, if I absolutely had too, I would drink it. Dunkin' has almond milk, Tim Hortons doesn't. They have that going for them. One of my "quotes" my friends like to remind me off is during this pandemic, the beginning of it (so March when we are all forced to leave) I stated "I am so depressed I got Dunkin' because I thought I deserved it."
Anyways, there was no debate, only one clear answer. Now I am sure if I surveyed my Buffalo friends it would have been slightly different, but the shop that came out on top was Starbucks.
Now I found this to be interesting. I have ranted her before, but Starbucks coffee is trash. They burn the beans, its not good. However even I would agree. I think this because as consumers, we look for what they can do for me and Starbucks has the most options. That and the staff is very friendly.
I still encourage to drink local coffee only, but on the go? Starbucks is your best option. The cold brew slaps tho.

Seriously, try the cold brew. It's good.
