An Ugly Duckling Brew

An iconic shop located in our great city is called Ugly Duck Coffee. I first heard about this place my freshman year of college from some ROC locals, but did not go and explore until my sophomore. From what I remember, I wasn't a huge fan. It was okay. Actually taking the time to examine Ugly Duck Coffee, I have changed my mind a bit. Here are my thoughts during my visit:

Some final thoughts I had after my first journey is what will actually make the perfect shop? Does that exist? Is there a formula? A lot to think about after one cafe, but I noticed during my trip I was critiquing my own rubric. Should I be rating the staff? Would that even be fair, like what if someone was having a bad day?
